Seven Summits Chalet

This modern chalet has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included. There’s an outdoor jacuzzi, and optional access to a spa room with a heated swim spa (29°C) and sauna. Please contact them if you would like to add this option.

The kitchen and living room are on the first floor, along with the large bedroom featuring a balcony. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The combination of modern amenities and breathtaking mountain views creates the perfect retreat.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room with double-height windows showcasing the majestic beauty of the Chamonix mountains. Relax in the living room, which includes a smart TV so you can watch your favourite shows.

The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite shower room with a toilet, offering guests added privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, there are two charming bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a desk that serves as a quiet workspace. The second bedroom is designed with a bunk bed and a single bed, ideal for children seeking their own adventure-filled space. A nearby bathroom with a shower completes this level.

Outside, the chalet continues to charm with a small, well-kept garden. A private jacuzzi on the terrace, along with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, offers a pleasant way to relax and recharge after a day exploring the mountains. Private parking for four cars is available right next to the chalet, providing easy access during your stay.

You will have full access to the property, including the ski room, boot and glove dryer, laundry room, terrace, jacuzzi, garden, and four outdoor parking spaces. Le Lavancher is a charming village located a five-minute drive from Chamonix. Nestled in a picturesque setting, it offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The hamlet features a blend of traditional chalets and mountain architecture, creating an authentic atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, while the tranquillity of the area makes it a peaceful retreat.

The chalet is accessible by car. If you arrive by bus or train, please arrange a private taxi, as the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk from the chalet.

Optional access to the relaxation room - including the heated swim spa (28°C), sauna, and shower - is available at an extra cost.
