The bathroom has been renovated, with the toilet discreetly integrated beneath the shower seat to maximise space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge, and all the essential utensils for preparing your own meals.
Relax in the evening with the curved flat-screen TV or connect to the fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote working. The apartment is accessible via a lift either from the building’s main entrance or the free on-site parking. You'll have the entire space to yourself for a private and peaceful stay. They’re available if you need any help or recommendations, but they’ll give you your space.
The area - Chamonix Sud
Chamonix Sud is a lively and popular part of town, known for its mix of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as stunning views of the surrounding peaks. It’s a great base for exploring, whether you're strolling to the local craft shops or enjoying traditional Savoyard cuisine.
In summer, it’s the perfect starting point for hikes and outdoor adventures. In winter, you're close to Chamonix’s famous ski slopes.
Getting around
- On foot: Chamonix Sud is just a short walk from the town centre and riverside paths.
- Bus: the free local bus network (including Chamo’Nuit and Le Mulet) connects you to lifts and resorts throughout the valley.
- Train: the Mont-Blanc Express connects Chamonix with destinations like Argentière, Vallorcine and Saint-Gervais. The station is around a ten- to fifteen-minute walk away.
- Car: free and paid parking options are available nearby. Car rental is also available in Chamonix if you'd like to explore further afield.
- Taxis and ride-hailing: local taxis and private hire services are available.
- Shuttles: airport transfers and ski shuttles (free or paid) are available during the winter season.
- Bikes: you’ll find a range of rental shops offering regular and electric bikes, with plenty of cycle paths throughout the valley.
- Cable cars and ski lifts: popular lifts such as the Aiguille du Midi and Brévent-Flégère are easily accessible from Chamonix Sud.
