The chalet provides plenty of comfort for your stay. A raclette machine is available for cosy evenings in. The spacious living room features an open-plan kitchen and dining table. For a fantastic movie experience, there is a projector in the living area.

There are three separate bedrooms, each with double beds located on the mezzanine level. One bedroom also includes a pull-out bed suitable for two children. Another bedroom has a desk, perfect for those needing to work from home.

The chalet has two separate bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a large bath.

You will have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including its private garden where you can park your car. The property is situated in a quiet area close to Chamonix, surrounded by trees and nature, with plenty of activities nearby.

Free parking is available at the chalet. It is also easily accessible by train, with the Les Bossons station close by, offering direct connections to Chamonix town centre. There is a nearby bus stop providing further transport options to the centre.

Please note that all double beds are on the mezzanine, so you will need to use stairs to access them.
