In terms of location, it doesn’t get much better than the Val d’Arve apartments. Just a five-minute stroll from the town square and ski bus stop, these chalet-style apartments feature warm timber and classic Alpine design. This particular apartment is fitted to a high standard, with spacious and comfortable living areas, wonderful views of Mont Blanc, a double bedroom, and a trundle bed in the sitting room. The tiled bathroom includes a bath with a shower above.
The apartment is conveniently located just across the road from the Aiguille du Midi stop for the little train that runs up and down the valley. Travel as far as Vallorcine is free with the Carte d'Hôte. Behind the apartment, ski bus stops provide easy access to various ski stations. A lower-ground parking space is available for a small car, along with a ski locker.
Unwind on the balcony with a drink in hand, taking in the vibrant atmosphere of Chamonix and stunning views of the sun setting over the mountains. Step out onto Rue Docteur Paccard to discover Chamonix’s celebrated bars and restaurants, perfect for an evening out. All floors are accessible via a large lift (suitable for buggies) or a stairwell.

Les Houches is one of the largest towns in the Chamonix Valley, spreading over 8km from Vaudagne and the Col de Voza at one end, towards the bottom of the Taconnaz glacier and the Merlet Animal park at the other.
Argentière is a picturesque village within the Chamonix Valley and is just a short 10-minute car journey from Chamonix town. This charming village has been less affected by wealthy tourists and ex-patriots from various countries who have chosen to make their living in the mountains. It therefore retains a lot of authentic French charm and has a beautiful unspoilt high street with patisseries, boulangeries and wine bars.
Le Tour is a small, quaint little village at the far end of the Chamonix Valley in the Domaine de la Balme area. Take a stroll around the back streets to see some of the classically Alpine-style houses and the church dome. Look up to see the glaciers reaching down towards you, which are really impressive even in the height of summer.
