The Restaurant
The hotel's restaurant is the Chambre Neuf Brasserie which offers fantastic international cuisine at reasonable prices. Their menu is regularly updated and generally includes a good mix of classic dishes such as Thai Chicken, Moules and Schnitzel as well as staples such as BBQ ribs and burgers (read our review). In the summer, meals are served either in the bar area or on the shady terrace which has views of Mont Blanc. In the winter months, the hotel opens up its stylish dining room to allow the bar area to be taken over for Apres-Ski.
The restaurant serves breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00) daily, and B&B and half-board rates are available.
