This traditional 4-bedroom chalet combines charm and comfort and offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.
It is quietly located in the sought-after Moussoux neighborhood, close to the town center, with maximum sunshine and breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and Mont Blanc.
The chalet has four bedrooms in total and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Two double bedrooms with a separate bathroom are located on the ground floor, along with a TV room. Two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and a small separate bathroom, and the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom are located under the eaves on the top floor of the chalet (please note that the headroom is restricted in the bedrooms and bathrooms on this floor).
The main living area, comprising a lounge with fireplace, dining table and large fully equipped kitchen, is very pleasant and opens onto a large terrace and garden facing Mont Blanc.
Private parking spaces in front of the chalet, a large ski room with ski racks and ski boot dryers, and a laundry area complete the facilities of this chalet.

The chalet is situated up a steep hill from Chamonix (alhough the road is always cleared in Winter) in the highly sought-after Moussoux neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the town center.
The Brévent gondola is about a 10-minute walk away.
The nearest bus stop (Les Moentieux), which serves the Brévent gondola and the centre of Chamonix, is 60 metres from the chalet.
The excellent gourmet restaurant at the Auberge du Bois Prin is a 5-minute walk.

Les Houches is one of the largest towns in the Chamonix Valley, spreading over 8km from Vaudagne and the Col de Voza at one end, towards the bottom of the Taconnaz glacier and the Merlet Animal park at the other.
Argentière is a picturesque village within the Chamonix Valley and is just a short 10-minute car journey from Chamonix town. This charming village has been less affected by wealthy tourists and ex-patriots from various countries who have chosen to make their living in the mountains. Le Tour is a small, quaint little village at the far end of the Chamonix Valley in the Domaine de la Balme area.
