Luxury modern chalet in traditional mountain setting on the south side of the valley with magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains.

The chalet has an open plan kitchen/lounge area fitted around a large open log fire which is pefect for curling up in front of on the two large sofas after a long day in the mountains. For entertainment the lounge has a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player plus a selection of DVDs and speakers that you can attach your iphone to for listening to music. Plus the chalet has wifi throughout.

The kitchen is ideally equipped for self-catering with an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a n'espresso machine with complimentary capsules, a steamer, and a toaster.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats 8 people.

The lounge/kitchen area also has under floor heating.

There is an external terrace with a hot tub ideal for soaking aching limbs, plus there is a cedar sauna on the lower floor of the chalet for up to 6 people.

The chalet has 1 large family bathroom and 2 shower rooms, plus a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an extra fridge and freezer. This room is where you can also store your ski boots and outdoor equipment.

Sleeping

The chalet sleeps up to 11 people in 2 double bedrooms and 2 double/twin bedrooms, one of which has an additional futon bed, sleeping maximum 3. There is a sofabed for 2 further people in the living room.

Dining

The property is let self-catered, however, should you wish to arrange for catering they can organise a chef to cater for breakfast and evening meals at an additional fee.

What's included

Cleaning, welcome pack, towels, firewood, resort manager services, tourist tax, all bathrooms have Molton Brown dispensers with soap and hand cream.

Worth knowing

There is ample parking opposite the chalet.

A damage deposit of 500 euros (cash, not cheque or credit card) will be exchanged for the keys and returned to you by post between 15 and 30 days after your departure minus such sums required to make good any loss or damage occuring during your stay.
