This cute little mazot offers an attractive and independent one-bedroom unit with good kitchen facilities. Set within the grounds of a historic chalet, complete with a lovely little garden, it’s ideal for a couple looking for a unique property in which to spend their holiday.

Conveniently located in the centre of Chamonix, you have direct access to all the local amenities. Just a minute’s stroll from bars and restaurants, yet in a quiet location where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. It’s also within short walking distance of Les Planards beginner ski slopes and the Montenvers train station.

With an additional sofa bed in the lounge, it can accommodate extended groups of up to four people. For even larger groups, it’s possible to team it with the chalet next door, Villa Loppe, which sleeps up to 10 people.

Please note this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

Due to its superb central location, the apartment may be subject to some noise at night. However, as the property is enclosed in its own grounds, it is sheltered from most street noise.
