This apartment is perfect for enjoying both the stunning valley views and cosy indoor comfort. The well-appointed living room includes a dining table and a sofa bed, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to dine in with ease. The east-facing bedroom features a comfortable double bed, complemented by a large balcony, bathroom, and separate toilet. A TV is available for relaxed evenings at home.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with no shared spaces. They’re happy to assist with recommendations, transport, equipment hire, or the best local restaurants - just ask!

The neighbourhood is famed for its authentic mountain charm and breathtaking views of the surrounding massifs, including Mont Blanc. It offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and proximity to the lively centre of Chamonix. Within walking distance, you’ll find shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and the weekly local market, ideal for discovering regional produce.

For sports and nature lovers, the location is ideal year-round. In winter, ski lifts and cross-country trails are close by, including the beginner-friendly Champs du Savoy area. In summer, the nearby Brévent-Flégère ski and hiking zones offer excellent opportunities for outdoor adventures and peaceful walks.

Chamonix boasts a vibrant cultural and social scene, with frequent festivals, concerts, and exhibitions. The Richard Bozon sports centre, featuring a swimming pool, ice rink, and fitness facilities, is also nearby.

The apartment is just a five- to ten-minute walk from Chamonix centre, with easy access to all amenities. Local buses and shuttles provide regular service to ski areas and tourist attractions across the valley.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available on request. Please note the property accommodates a maximum of four adults.

Upcoming Events

Chamonix hosts a wide range of sporting events throughout the year. The biggest ones include the Mont Blanc Marathon in June and the UTMB trail running race in August. In March, the Unlimited Festival brings ravers to the mountains while Musilac Mont Blanc takes place a month later. At the end of July, the Cosmo Jazz Festival hosts concerts all around the valley.
