This modern and cosy chalet has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
It is laid out over three floors as follows:
On the garden level, there is a winter entrance hall with a ski room, a games/TV room, a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a summer entrance hall leading to an open-plan living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
A carport for 3 cars completes the amenities of this chalet.
This chalet benefits from a beautiful terrace and garden and an ideal location just a 10-minute flat walk from Chamonix town centre.

The chalet's location offers a splendid view of Mont Blanc.
