From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail is striking. The entrance and staircase are beautifully crafted, but it’s the vast main living area that truly takes your breath away. A full glass wall showcases spectacular views up the valley—simply outstanding.
This magnificent chalet also features a cinema room, a cosy reading room/office, a superb sauna, and an outdoor sunken jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Set on a quiet street in Les Houches, the chalet is a five-minute walk (in après-ski shoes) or a one-minute drive to the Prarion lift, where ski and boot lockers are available. The ski school, children’s nursery, rental shops, bakery, and bus stop are all conveniently located at the lift station. Chamonix is just a ten-minute drive away. In winter, a scenic lake just five minutes from the chalet offers beautiful walks and snowshoeing trails.

Le Tour is a small, quaint little village at the far end of the Chamonix Valley in the Domaine de la Balme area. Take a stroll around the back streets to see some of the classically Alpine-style houses and the church dome. Look up to see the glaciers reaching down towards you, which are really impressive even in the height of summer.
