This modern chalet is designed to make you feel at home while letting you enjoy the natural surroundings.
You'll appreciate the chalet’s private suite, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas perfect for entertaining. Located in a quiet area of Les Houches, yet close to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix, it’s just a short distance from the Bellevue lifts and numerous hiking trails, right in the heart of an activity-rich valley.
The chalet features a ground-floor entrance hall leading to the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, jacuzzi, and garden, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space. Also on the ground floor is bedroom one and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, bedroom two includes balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasin, and toilet. Two further bedrooms (three and four) and a bathroom with a bath complete the first floor.
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, which includes five outdoor parking spots, a laundry room, terrace, trampoline, hot tub, and garden.

Location and setting
Situated in Les Houches in the Chamonix valley, the chalet enjoys a prime spot surrounded by typical Alpine landscapes - traditional chalets, fir forests, alpine meadows, and stunning mountain views, including Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. This peaceful, nature-rich environment is perfect for those seeking tranquillity away from city life.
Outdoor activities
Les Houches is an excellent base for mountain sports: skiing and snowboarding on pistes for all levels, extensive summer hiking trails, rock climbing, mountain biking, and extreme sports such as mountaineering and paragliding.
Local amenities
Though primarily residential and rural, Les Houches offers essential amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Chamonix is only minutes away by car or bus, providing a wider selection of services, attractions, and nightlife.
Transport
The chalet is accessible via well-maintained roads. Les Houches is connected to Chamonix by regular bus services and has a train station for longer journeys. The proximity to Switzerland and Italy also makes day trips to neighbouring countries easy.
Linen and towels are provided. A baby bed and high chair are available on request. Please note that stairs are required to reach the bedrooms. The chalet accommodates a maximum of eight adults. For safety, please review trampoline guidelines before use by clicking on the “Check Website” button.

Les Praz is a small picturesque village on the outskirts of Chamonix. The village is surrounded by forests and streams making it an idyllic mountain hideaway and a popular place to live.
