Le Mont Farm Petit is a ground floor apartment in a beautifully renovated farmhouse on the hillside above the village of Servoz on the opposite side of the valley to Les Houches. This is a wonderful apartment with a luxurious finish. A beautiful sunny spot, away from the hustle and bustle; a calm retreat all year round affording wonderful views of Mont Blanc and the valley.
This apartment is perfect for two couples or a small family. It features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen ideal for food lovers who enjoy cooking. There are two bedrooms: one can be set up as a double bed with either a double duvet or two single duvets, or as a single bed, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Located down the valley from Chamonix, itโs a 20-minute drive to the centre of Chamonix and 12 minutes to Les Houches. The family-friendly ski areas of Saint-Gervais and Megeve are just 20 minutes away. Servoz is the first village you reach when leaving the Route Blanche A40. The village offers a small supermarket, butcher, and patisserie. There's also a bistro/petite restauration, "La Table du Lieutenant," open most of the year, just 2 minutes' walk from the farmhouse.
