Chamonix Video Report: 5th December 2008

It’s been a very enjoyable summer but now that the season is underway it’s time for me to pass the weekly snow reports back to Jon Trigell who will guide you through the winter wonderland that is the Chamonix ski season.

We had a lot of snow last night which made for some slippery road conditions this morning and throughout the day there has been a mixture of snow and rain depending how high you were in the valley.

Hopefully the snow that was falling will make for good skiing this weekend as the Grand Montets lifts are open again this weekend and there is a cross country ski test day at the ski du Fond hut opposite MBC.
