Sultry weather and tennis
This weeks report comes from the Chamonix tennis club as Sunday sees the start of the Chamonix tennis open.
An official FFT competition that will take place over the next two weeks with the final being played on August 10th. Hopefully good weather will prevail for the competition, though the forecast is for “sultry” weather for part of the weekend. If you are interested in playing tennis in Chamonix then you can either become a member for the summer or pay for an hour when you turn up. Booking in advance is advisable now that we are entering August if you want to guarantee a court.
