Lift Watch Part 10
The Bubbles have arrived!
With 84 cabins expected for the new lift at Grands Montets in Argentiere, the first lot have just been delivered!
A total of 30 cabins have arrived so far. Each cabin has the capacity to carry 10 people. At the same time the cable splice has been made, and the 4800 metres of cable are now connected to a section that is 70 metres in length.
It's not the best day today for photos but if you happen to be up there and grab a picture of the new bubbles then please do post them our facebook page!
