So yesterday Jurassic 5's Akil was in Chamonix preforming at Le Vert. Naturally, leading local and the town's professional partier, Andy Daly, was there to check it out. This is what he had to say:
"We got down to Le Vert at around 12 with their free bus service from town which was pretty sweet and made a swift entrance into a massive movement of AKIL fans. It was off the chain and he certainly killed it. One of the best nights I have had in a long time....but then I ended up Le Tof". ...No doubt he was dancing around that pole again...
No Limits are continuing to rock it everyday except Saturday at Chambre Neuf. This apres-ski band are still as popular as ever and certainly know how to get everybody up on their feet dancing. It has been particularly busy there lately (they even ran out of Magners?!) with plenty of crowd surfing going on.
For those that wanted a more serious Apres-ski, La Terrasse ran one of their free avalanche safety talks yesterday. Perfect timing considering the fresh dump of snow we just received after a rather mild period. Their next one is on Monday 20th January.
