More sad news as a skier lost his life in a fall yesterday
A 32 year old French skier suffered a fatal fall on the north face of the Courtes in the Argentiere basin, late morning yesterday.
The man is believed to have got into difficulty on his skis, and after taking them off, he unfortunately fell.
His friend was unharmed in the accident. The deceased is believed to be from Annecy and his friend from Grenoble.
