Gaillands Climbing Wall
This week’s report finds James down at the Gaillands climbing wall just outside the centre of town. The wall has 27 marked routes on the main face as well as numerous climbs in the woods behind. The routes are all bolted so they are perfect for those who want to lead and some are even suitable for top roping.
The weather has been changeable all week with sun during the day and storms in the evenings and at night but with the forecast set for a sunny weekend, all is looking good in Chamonix.
