In the heart of Chamonix, Breizh Café brings a Breton-style crêperie to the Alps. Set in a cosy, chalet-inspired space close to Mont Blanc, it’s a relaxed place to enjoy galettes and crêpes throughout the day.
The kitchen focuses on quality ingredients, starting with IGP buckwheat flour from Brittany, stone-ground for several hours to produce light, crisp galettes. These are served with Alpine produce, including cheeses from local affineur Joseph Paccard. Dishes are generous and simple, such as raclette galettes with pork belly, onions and potatoes, or a reblochon-filled Breizh roll with béchamel and salad.
Sweet crêpes are also available, from Valrhona chocolate with Chartreuse to classic butter-based options. Whether you’re stopping in after skiing, walking around town or sitting down for dinner with mountain views, it’s a straightforward mix of Breton and Alpine cooking.
