This route is one way only, in order to not disrupt those coming up behind you, the best way back down is to take the cable car.
Also expect to be overtaken by some very fit runners and locals using it as a training run.
We recommend going early in the day so as to avoid the heat - this route is very exposed for the majority of the climb, so things heat up pretty quickly.
