Public Meeting to Improve Reservations System at the Gouter Refuge
FFCAM want to improve the current online booking system
For the past three years the Gouter Refuge has operated an online booking and reservations system that was developed by FFCAM (Fédération Française des Clubs Alpins et de Montagne).
It is hoped now that they will be able to improve the functionality of the system, and in order for all bodies and individuals concerned to put forward their opinions and improvement ideas, the FFCAM has organised a public meeting.
The meeting will take place on Thursday 25th June from 14:00 to 17:00, at the auditorium of the Gymnase du Pays Rochois in Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny. Although the meeting is open to all members of the public registration is required in advance. this can be done online here.
The meeting itself will cover two areas, firstly there will be a presentation of the current system and an explanation of the process and system development schedule. Then the second part of the meeting will be open to those attending to give feedback and offer ideas for improvement.
