The Nissan Outdoor Games came to a close last Saturday night in Chamonix with a screening of the final movies produced by the five teams. The competition, which features teams of five representing various mountain sports; skiing, snowboarding, BASE jumping, mountaineering and paragliding/speed riding, is now in its second year in Chamonix. Each team is allowed five days to head out into the mountains surrounding Mont Blanc to shoot a film. The winning film is then selected by an international jury made up of athletes, television and film producers and artists.

This year the jury reached a unanimous decision that the winner of this year's Golden Peak was Team Argon. The jury decided that Team Argon's film “The Devils Ride” was a complete movie with a narrative, excellent cinematography and some exceptional riding. In short it was the complete package.

The Jury Prize went to Team Golgoth and the prize for best sequence to Team Ride the Planets.
