Grands Montets Ski Area Opens fully for the Season on Saturday
GM opens a full 2 weeks early for the 2013-14 ski season
Grands Montets full ski area official opening date was set to be the 21st December, however Compagnie du Mont Blanc have just announced that the full ski area will be opening this Saturday for the season, that's a full 2 weeks early.
The snow forecast isn't looking promising between now and the weekend, so anyone looking for freshies might be a bit disappointed, although the sun's out and the skies are clear so anyone wanting to get out touring should be happy.

In addition, Les Houches will be partially opening this weekend, with a special rate of 15€ per day or €20 for the full weekend.
