A while ago we reported on the threat of closure that was hanging over Chamonix Cinema Vox and the support group Les Amis du Cinema Chamonix that was set up in response.

Now we can announce that Les Amis have a new website “Vive Le Cinéma!” where you can follow their progress, get involved in the campaign and find out more about our local cinema.

The website is currently in French only, but apparently there were be an English version to follow.

In the meantime, you can keep up to date with the latest releases thanks to our regular movie reviews!
