By Alison Shayler, Updated

Local mountain guide Kenton Cool isn't content with being the only European to summit Everest a mere 7 times already, making the first British descent of an 8000m peak at Cho Oyu in Tibet and guiding Sir Ranulph Fiennes up the North Face of the Eiger – he now plans to break his own record by climbing Everest for the eighth time!

A Dream Guides founder, Kenton will be making it a double record by guiding 22 year old Bonita Norris, making her the youngest British woman to summit Everest.
