Chamonix Cinema goes 3D
3D digital upgrade
Chamonix Cinema Vox is to get its well earned 3D digital upgrade and will be showing three-dimensional films this winter in English.
The local cinema here in Chamonix has had its share of financial worries of late, with the huge costs involved to upgrade to 3D, ticket-sales have not been able to fund the development. However, locals petitioned to save the cinema and it looks like the efforts have paid off, thanks to the on-going support from Vive le Cinema.
Cinema Vox will be premiering its 3D equipment with a screening of Tintin and Pina on the 16th of December.
