Recently renovated family chalet nestling in the heart of Les Frasserands.

Chalet La Nicola is a family chalet at the top of the valley, benefiting from the peace and quiet of the hamlet and uninterrupted views.

The chalet has a downstairs entrance leading to the boot room. This entrance leads to a ski room with underfloor heating for drying ski boots, a sauna and shower as well as a TV room.

The living area on floor 1 comprises a lounge with a wood-burning stove, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the lounge and gives direct access to the terrace. On this floor, you will also find 2 bedrooms and their shared bathroom.

On the upper floor, a large mezzanine offers three single beds and a double bed. The velux windows in the roof allow you to wake up to a view of the channel.
