The restaurant is decorated in soft tones, with wooden and stone accents. Once settled, there is no menu... yes you read that correctly, the chef plans the day's modern cuisine around traditions of the region, depending on the fresh produce available and his 'creative desires'.
In addition to the surprise in store from the culinary delights set before you, each menu has two food and wine pairings focused on Alpine grape, allowing you to discover regional wines.
When they are open for lunch it is definitely worth heading down, there is a set-menu deal that is fantastic value, pull up a chair on the outdoor terrace and enjoy the incredible views of the Rochers des Fiz mountain range, and of course Mont Blanc.
