Chamonix outdoor pool opens this weekend
After a 2 week delay, the outdoor pools open
Chamonix's outdoor swimming pool opens tomorrow, Saturday 8th July.
The outdoor pools and water slides are located at the Richard Bozon sports centre in the centre of Chamonix.
There's a large 50 metre pool with 6 lanes, a paddling pool, 2 different water slides, a children's play area, and a small snack bar and restaurant in the neighbouring park area.
From 8th July they will be open every day from 10:00 to 19:00 until Sunday 3rd September 2017. From 4th to 10th September it will be open from 12:00 to 19:30.
Swimsuits and speedos can be bought on site although men ARE allowed to wear board shorts.
Entrance to the outdoor pools costs €6.40 for adults, €4.70 for children or slightly less if you have a guest card or residents card. Family passes and passes that include entrance to the sauna, gym or ice rink are also available - ask at the reception desk on arrival.
