Ride the Snake, Le Tour

The snowboarding event of a new generation

This snowboarding event welcomes amateurs and pro riders to show what they can do on The Snake.

Halfway between half pipe and skate bowl, this massive structure curves and flows, allow riders to get creative with their moves.

The main event takes place near the Summit Park at Le Tour and there are other events and parties going on elsewhere during the weekend. The full schedule is:

Friday 10th March
18:00 - Boardrider Store, Chamonix - drinks and screening of pro snowboarders riding The Snake, prize giving for the best riders
23:00 - Bunker night club - Snake Party

Saturday 11th March
Domaine de Balme / Le Tour
09:00 - Opening of the test village at the top of the Le Tour ski lift, free testing of the latest kit, registration for amateur competitors, opening of The Snake for a free practise session
10:00 - Training
12:00 - BBQ, pro-riders demo
13:00 - The Snake - female contest
14:00 - The Snake - male contest
16:00 - DJ’s & live music

Sunday 12th March
09:00 - opening of the test village at the top of the Le Tour ski lift, free testing of the latest kit, registration for kids contest, opening of The Snake for a free practise session, DJ’s and live music
