Win Free Tickets to Corsica Festival

Chamonix's annual Corsica Festival isn't far off now and to celebrate Radio Mont Blanc are giving away a free ticket to the event that is valid for 2 people.

Many of the entertainments are free and take part throughout the streets of Chamonix. However, each evening there is a soiree of some sort with a Corsican theme.

Friday 9th April is the opening night at the Cinema Vox with music by Corsican group Barbara Furtuna and a screening of the film “La Corsica” by Théo Magnien. Saturday night is more music, this time in the Church of St Michel in the centre of Chamonix. Finally, on Sunday night you can enjoy a Corsican themed gourmet dinner at the Vista restaurant.

All you have to do to win a ticket for 2 people is text MB1 to 726 26 (will cost 0.50 € on top of the usual cost of your SMS).

But don't worry! If you are not a lucky ticket winner there will still be plenty to see and do with cooking demonstrations, market stalls selling Corsican produce, live music, entertainments and more livening up the streets from Friday to Sunday. Many bars and restaurants will also be embracing Corsican culture by hosting themed parties and special menus.
