
Deciding moment for Annecy Winter Olympics
Chamonix, La Plagne and Annecy will be on the edge of their seats at 5.30 pm on July the 6th. This is the time that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) are due to announce who is to host the 2018 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The IOC has unveiled the schedule for the 123rd session in Durban, during which the host city for 2018 Winter Olympics will be chosen.
The vote will take place between 3.35 pm (SAST) and 3.50 pm and the announcement will be given between 5.00pm and 5.30 pm.
The three cities (Annecy, Munich and PyeongChang) are scheduled to make further presentations before then to the IOC on May 18th in Lausanne.
