Every year, the Chamonix Bourse aux Skis is a bring-and-buy sale for all things snow. And, before you think it's going to full of fluorescent Campri ski jackets and two-metre long skis from the 1980s, you'd be wrong. You can get some serious bargains at the Bourse.
Skis, boards, boots, poles, helmets, jackets, trousers – basically everything you need to get yourself kitted out for the slopes. It's also a great way to get rid of those bits and bobs that you don't use any more. Of course, they do have to be in good condition and all gear is checked before put out for sale.
To sell, you need to drop your items off at the Cente Sportif Richard Bozon the day before - look out for the times allocated for this. Save time by pre-registering your items via the link above until the Wednesday before.
The Bourse is held this year at the Centre Sportif Richard Bozon, usually from late morning onwards. You can collect your purchases or any unsold items on Sunday morning. The bourse also sells bikes, scooters and paragliding equipment.
