The ski season is upon us, and the excitement is building! Snow is falling across the Alps, and early winter forecasts are looking promising. We can’t wait to keep you updated with the latest snow reports from Chamonix throughout the season.
Here we are back for another season and eagerly awaiting the arrival of the winter ski season. It's getting colder in the resort with hard frosts now and we’re seeing good snowfall this week all across the Alps down to around 1000 metres.
The high peaks are taking on that majestic freshly snow clad look once again and the pisteurs are out there preparing the slopes. Check back here weekly for the latest snow and weather report.
The first snow has arrived in Chamonix with more forecast this week. Up to 100cm of snow is forecast over the next few days. It is going to be really cold too with temperatures down to -12°C at 1200m.

Chamonix ski areas will all be fully open on 21 December 2024 right through to the 4 May 2025. Plenty of time to come and enjoy the white stuff!
