Chamonix parents, lock up your sons and daughters because it's that time of the year again when Le Podium hosts the legendary La La Land! The clue's all in the name and a night with such a reputation needs little introduction but needless to say it will be a night of top class DJ's and one of the best sound systems to grace Chamonix. The line up this year includes Transglobal Underground, Spiritual South featuring Aurora vocals, Kinior and Makaruk and many more!
This night usually marks the last few weeks of the season which, until yesterday afternoon, was looking closer than ever after a week of gorgeous sun and lots of slush! It has even been warm enough to blow the cobwebs off a few BBQ'S in Cham and head down to the Gaillands for undercooked sausages and cider!
Despite the summer vibes it turns out Winter is not quite ready to hand in the towel just yet and yesterday afternoon rained down the biggest flakes I've ever seen!
A powder day in April is a good enough reason to go out and celebrate this weekend and if La La Land isn't your style then there are still plenty of other things going on in town to brighten up your evening.
