Mountain Base share their thoughts on the market after 12 months of change
There have been a lot of factors affecting the property market here in Chamonix and indeed in France over the last 12 months.
According to Mountain Base's latest update, the market has been strong over the past 12 months, despite the potential impact of Brexit, Trump, Macron and the devaluation of Sterling.
Although the uncertainty continues, the next 12 months are looking positive, with an increase in American buyers forecast and property sales at the higher end of the market remaining strong.
