It's a month until the swimming pool opens and the lifts for down-hill mountain bikers won't be up and running until June 19th but there is still plenty to do in Chamonix.
The BMX track in the woods by Les Bois is open to all and with a little work with a shovel it can be a playground as Animal rider Johno Verity proves.

In March, the Unlimited Festival brings ravers to the mountains while Musilac Mont Blanc takes place a month later. At the end of July, the Cosmo Jazz Festival hosts concerts all around the valley.
