Descent International goes into liquidation

featured in News & Reviews Author Helen McGrory, Chamonix Reporter Updated

News has just broken this afternoon that leading luxury tour operator Descent International has gone into voluntary liquidation.

Descent has been providing top end chalet holidays in the French and Swiss Alps since 1997 and is renowned for its exceptional properties and uncompromising service. They also run a summer programme offering 5* summer villas in the Alps, Cote d'Azur and Mallorca, but after recent financial difficulties, the company has taken the regrettable decision to cease trading as of today.

Anyone who currently has a holiday booked with Descent is asked to contact David Stephenson at David Rubin & Partners on DavidStephenson@drpartners.com for more information.

If you're looking to book a chalet holiday of a similar quality for the coming winter, then they recommend contacting Scott Dunn on +44 (0)208 682 5050 or check out their website below.
