Morning walk and pilates

Enjoy practising some self-care out in the Chamonix mountains

Combine a warm-up and cool-down walk with an outdoor pilates session for teens and adults.

Start with a group chat at the MJC community cafe before departing on your walk. Pilates will be performed barefoot or in socks.

You will need:

  • light backpack
  • yoga mat
  • small towel
  • water
  • comfortable clothing
  • lightweight shoes

Sessions will be adapted and will take place indoors in case of bad weather. Book online.
