Arc'teryx Multi-Pitch Workshop, Chamonix - Town

In the continuity of the Arc’teryx Alpine Academy, we are organising a multi-pitch workshop! This course is aimed at climbers who wish to learn the basic techniques to evolve in multi-pitch climbing set up.

We will cover all the required skills for leading and seconding bolted sport climbing routes, equipment needs, climbing calls, abseiling techniques and building anchors.

Requirements: Indoor or outdoor rock climbing experience with a level 5b/5c minimum top roping.

Duration: Full day at Le Brévent.

Meeting Point: 9am at the Arc’teryx Chamonix

Guide Ratio: 4 participants per guide

Cost: 30 Euros per person. This can be paid in advance or day-of at the Chamonix Arc'teryx store. Cash only. Participants who wish to join must register there name and information on Eventbrite.

Additional costs will include the lift pass to Brévent for those without a pass. This can also be purchased in advance or day-of online, or at the Brévent station.

What to Bring: Climbing shoes, harness, helmet, a sling (1.2 m), a screw-gate karabiner for belays, belay device.
