Terrasse Apartment

This apartment is perfect for a family or group looking for a social place close to the village centre.

Their renovated building has four floors and houses about ten individual apartments. Apartment Terrasse is on the first floor and you'll access it via a wide staircase inside the building.

Inside:

Apartment Terrasse offers a minimal but cosy feel with new furniture throughout and original artwork on the walls. It features three bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite shower room. 

A central corridor runs along the apartment. On the right as you enter, you'll find the small bunk room (the room is small but the single beds are full size singles – suitable for adults as well as children) with access onto the large roof terrace. Next on the right is a double bedroom and opposite this, on the left of the corridor, is the family bathroom with bath (shower overhead) and WC.
Further along on the right is the large lounge and kitchen/diner, and opposite this, on the left of the corridor is a utility room with washer/dryer. At the end of the corridor, you'll discover the master bedroom with an ensuite shower and WC.

Outside:

You can enjoy spectacular mountain views all round from the large roof terrace, whether you're lounging on the sofa or sitting at the dining table where you can enjoy outside dining and make use of the coal BBQ. There's also a second small balcony on the opposite side of the apartment facing the Les Houches ski slopes.

Great location:

Perfect for families and beginner skiers as you're just moments away from the small Tourchet ski slope (which offers night skiing each Thursday during the winter school holidays) and the external ice rink. Here you can also eat and drink at the Solerey micro-brewery. Just a few minutes' walk from here, you'll reach the centre of the Les Houches village and all its amenities.

Getting around:

Getting around is easy with the bus stop just outside on the main road, and the train station is only a few minutes' walk away. Buses are free with your ski pass/lift pass, or you can buy tickets online in advance or on the bus. Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards (Carte d'hotes), which give you free travel on the local train service plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. Night buses run between Argentiere and Les Houches and cost four euros per person.
