E-Coli detected in locally made cheese
A product recall has been issued on Reblochon 240g cheeses made by Pochat et Fils and sold in the Haute Savoie region, after traces of the bacteria E Coli were found.
E Coli can cause severe gastroenteritis, stomach cramps, vomiting and fever, and is particularly dangerous for children.
Anyone who has bought this product between 1st and 30th August can take it back to the place of purchase, where they will be given a refund.
