*UPDATE* British climber falls to his death
The identity of the British climber killed last week has been confirmed as 19 year old Robert Cammack from Craigellachie in Scotland.
He is thought to have slipped and fallen whilst awaiting rescue after becoming stranded on the North face of the Aiguille du Midi.
Robert was a medical student at the University of Edinburgh, where he was a member of the mountaineering club. He was a keen sportsman and a member of the Moray Roadrunners Club.
