New MGM residence in Chamonix

Plans for a new residence have been confirmed in the centre of Chamonix. The Astoria building, behind the casino in the Lyret quarter of town, is to be renovated and converted into apartments by MGM.

The residence will be named Les Jardins d'Astoria in reference to the wooded gardens that surround the site and the renovation will retain the original “Belle Époque” characteristics of the current building.
