Cross Country Ski Trails Developed in Les Bois
Work is continuing from last year with over €115k being spent
If you've noticed diggers and workmen on the road up to Les Praz on the left hand side of the road in Les Bois recently, they're in the process of filling in and improving the cross country ski trails.
Work started last year, then again at the end of May this year and will continue until 20th June 2014 on the stretch of trails leading up to the top of Bois du Bouchet. It will include work on the Chemin d’Orthaz & carry on under the main road near the Aveyron hotel.
Around 150m of trails are being filled in and maintained to improve the surface for XC skiing, out of the total 390m of trails in this area. The budget for these works is €115,534.
