Train buffs, or history buffs can get the chance to go behind the scenes and learn more about the history of the Montenvers - Mer de Glace cog train.
Visit the workshops, talk to the mechanics who will tell you all about the history of the site, and unveil how their passion for the railway allows this legendary facility to transport thousands of visitors each year.
It's a rare opportunity to see this tourist attraction from a different angle.
There will be 2 guided tours a day, one at 10am and one at 3pm. You don't need to reserve a place, just arrive at the station 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
Numbers are limited to 20 people, and you just need to buy a ticket as normal at the ticket office.
