  • Step 1 - the first step

  • Step 2 - the search

  • Step 3 - the analysis

They then write reports on all of these properties, along with comments and advice, for you to choose which ones seem interesting for you to visit. At this point they are also involved in advising you about everything from potential renovation costs to future rental revenue.

  • Step 4 - the purchase

Now that they have narrowed down the choices, it is time for a visit! Again, they are there to advise and help with everything: the choice of Notary, broker, accountant and the whole French legal process.
