Serving predominantly organic produce with an Italian influence, this restaurant takes every care not to over-complicate their dishes so you can enjoy the true flavour of the ingredients.
The restaurant is located within a chalet that dates back to 1754 and has a charming traditional feel to it which ties in nicely with the welcoming and warm atmosphere.
You can tell that the chefs are really passionate about their food; they use only the best, freshest ingredients and everything on the menu is lovingly prepared from scratch. The fish is sustainable, the meat is organic and the veg is seasonal.
Unlike many places in France, this restaurant also has an excellent vegetarian menu, with dishes including fresh pumpkin, chestnut and sweet paprika soup and a vegan hamburger served with chilly pumpkin sauce. Most of the food is also gluten and dairy-free making this a truly unique dining experience in the heart of Chamonix.
The menu changes with the season, as do their set menu options, some of which can be paired with a selection of different wines from their extensive cellar. With a list of over 300 wines to choose from, you are bound to find the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
The restaurant is open daily from 18:30 to 23:30 (except Tuesday) and lunch reservations can be made for groups of 12 or more.
